Date

Forensic Biomechanics in Accident Investigation

January 14 at 2pm EDT.

Webinar Focus:

The Online webinar will touch on issues surrounding the use of biomechanics in a forensic (legal) setting. Specifically, I hope to relay my experience with respect to the types of investigations where biomechanics can provide unique and beneficial insight into mechanisms of injury and the effectiveness of this discipline in injury claims.

The webinar will include case studies, as well as a discussion regarding trial experiences and what a consultant can face when delivering expert testimony, which is a unique opportunity for those who are involved. It is hoped that this webinar will provide some insight into the forensic consulting business in general, as well as an entertaining examination of the unique opportunities and challenges that are faced by those participating as experts within their fields.
